Q: I have forgotten my password for my account. What should I do?

A: Please press on the "Forgot password" button when you fail to login into your account.

Q: Do you sell second-hand products?

A: No. All of the items we sell on the platform are guaranteed brand new.

Q: What are the available payment methods?

A: We only accept payment by Credit/Debit card for now. We are trying to make various payment methods to work so stay tuned.

Q: Can I return an item?

A: Yes, you can return your purchased item but they are not refundable. Prior returning any items, please notify us at support@denshi.com or through the "Contact Us" section to discuss your reason for a return and we will organise an approval for the return and exchange. For more details, please read our Terms and Condition.

Q: The items received was damaged or is not the one ordered?

A: Please provide us with proof that the item was damaged/wrong and get in touch with us through our e-mail or "Contact Us" section within 2 days you have received the item from our store. We will act accordingly and replace the item or issue a refund to you if we are at fault. We will also offer a 25% discount for you on your next purchase with us.

Q: How soon can I expect a refund/replacement?

A: It may take up to 7 business days so please be patient while the whole thing is being processed.

Q: Do you ship overseas?

A: Sadly we are only available in Malaysia for now. We are working on getting our services overseas soon so stay tuned.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once you make a purchase, we will immediately attach a tracking number to your purchase and send it into you e-mail. Please use the tracking number and track your parcel according to which courier service we are using to ship your parcel.

Q: How much will be my shipping fee?

A: There is no shipping fee if you shop with us.

Q: I haven't receive my order after a period of time. What should I do?

A: Please check with the relevant courier company with the tracking number given. You can also contact us at support@denshi.com or through the "Contact Us" section with your details of order.

Q: I was not able to make my payment. What should I do?

A: Try clearing your cookies on your browser. It works most of the time.
